We begin with a detailed evaluation: load calculations, circuit mapping, panel capacity checks, and thermal scanning where appropriate. You’ll receive a clear scope of work, timeline, and permit plan, including code requirements for AFCI/GFCI, tamper-resistant receptacles, and bonding/grounding upgrades.
During installation, we protect finishes, perform selective, minimal opening of walls, and fish new home runs using NM-B, MC, or EMT as suitable. Conductors are sized correctly, terminations are torqued to specification, and boxes are grounded and fire-stopped. We coordinate any necessary panel or service upgrades and label every circuit for clarity.
Before handover, we test continuity, polarity, GFCI/AFCI operation, and voltage drop, and document results. You’ll receive as-built circuit schedules, device locations, and warranty information, along with tips for safe usage and future expansion.
